Start with These 3 Reversible Stitches 💖

Hello, Reader - I’m so happy to receive everyone’s enthusiasm for my reversible stitch collection. To help you get started, here are three of my favorite stitches to try first:

1. Seed Stitch - Raised bumps from your purl stitches resemble seeds. It creates a really pretty and sturdy piece of knitting. I have an easy trick to help you easily knit up this texture without mistakes.

“This was my most recent type of knitting to accomplish. Casting on with odd number of stitches definitely makes it easier.”

2. Seeded Rib Stitch - Creates thick, textured rows. It is stretchy and holds its shape with the seed stitches between the rows of ribbing.

“I really like this! It’s such a pretty pattern! It looks so much more complicated than it actually is! Thank you for the tutorial! I appreciate your thorough explanation and demonstration!”

3. Double Moss Stitch - A variation on the Seed and Irish Moss stitches, this easy design is achieved with a 4-row repeat of knit and purl stitches.

“I love using this stitch for making dishcloths! Not only is it so very pretty, but the stitches don’t loosen when they get wet the way seed stitch and moss stitch will loosen.”

My reversible stitches are:

  • Easy to memorize
  • Relaxing to knit
  • Perfect for scarves, dishcloths, and blankets

Happy knitting,
